Bielsko-Biala is a town in southern Poland, at the foot of the Beskid Maly and Beskid Slaski. Bielsko-Biala is a city which formally occurred only in 1951 from the merger of Bielsko (located in Cieszyn Silesia) and White (located on the Lesser area). This area is called colloquially Podbeskidzie. This is also one of the most developed cities in Poland, as the unemployment rate is very low at 6.4%. It is the administrative center, industrial, commercial, academic, cultural and tourist center. Arriving in Bielsko-Biala, we can be sure that we will see a great and magnificent monuments, unique landscapes, and many other attractions. The city is open and friendly to visitors, each of which offers something for everyone. It is considered one of the most beautiful cities in the southern Polish, because outside of historical and cultural attractions offers the possibility to walk through the beautiful forest and mountainous areas adjacent to the city. An example is the forest near a dam in Wapienica.
